Barbara Morris, a Wigan great-grandmother, provided a lovely example of how you may pursue your goals and dreams at any age.

When Barbara turned ninety, she made the decision to purchase a basic item.
She used to be a florist, but now she just enjoys riding motorcycles.
Barbara’s passion for motorbikes started when she was 19 years old and received her first bike, a Royal Enfield 350, in 1950.
She used to cruise the campus and the town on her little motorcycle.

It was uncommon for a woman to ride a motorcycle back then, but Barbara eventually shared her love of the sport with her three children, who later developed a similar enthusiasm for motorcycle racing and groups.
In her nineties, Barbara believed she was too elderly to bike.
Barbara had told his son Martin a few years prior that she would like to ride a strong Harley Davidson on her 90th birthday, if it were possible. She had no idea, though, that her family would remember this unique wish.
Her family decided to take a vacation because, as she claimed, she had never gone on one.
“She thought it was just a pretty bike to look at, and when we told her she was coming on, she was a bit speechless,” her granddaughter Kirsty Harvey said. She was ecstatic to see a group of riders.
They then asked her if she wanted to ride it to the pub after showing her a three-wheeled Harley Davidson. Then she understood that was what was going to occur. Barbara, looking stunning in her finest, with Ambleside Bank Residential Home personnel doing her hair and makeup. She was prepared for her ideal journey.

Barbara went on a ride around the city with the group and thirteen other riders; she subsequently described the event as life-changing. She remarked, “I just felt the years melt away.” “Feeling the breeze in my face once more was an amazing experience.
When Barbara rode her motorcycle seven miles to the White Lion pub, she stated she felt like she was twenty-one again.
